Steamed Korean Meat and Vegetables Mandu Recipe [Home made Korean Dumplings]
Today, I will make Korean meat and vegetable Mandu.
You may have eaten store-bought korean mandu before but, making mandu at home is not difficult.
Actually it is very fun and home-made korean mandu is a healthy food and is very tasty
I will chop the vegetables, mushrooms, and japchae noodles, and mix with the eggs, ground pork and beef, and tofu to make the stuffing. Then, I will make a sauce to season the stuffing. Finally, I will add the stuffing to the jumbo dumpling wrapper and I will steam the dumpling.
